On an average every person on this planet is generating around 0.79 kilo of waste per day meaning, 5.50 Million MT of waste is being generated every day. Its an alarming number and everyone needs take its responsibility and contribute in proper recycling of the waste.

We have borrowed this planet from our next generation, so we need to save the resources and save this planet for our future generations. A proper recycling of waste will not only generate alternative raw materials but make this World a better place to live.

Recycling is our passion and we are contributing to recycle the waste in an environment friendly way besides creating a commercial value for it.

Synergy Group a Belgium based group, and Synergy Multi Trade Private Limited is a unit in India to recycle the materials in India.

We are importing Metal, Plastic, Paper recyclable materials and process it in our facilities in Ahmedabad. By proper recycling we create value to the product and make it sustainable for the industry.

Process

Unloading of the Scrap properly at the designation area.

Pre Inspection of the material, to check if the material is appropriate for hand sorting. A radioactive test is being performed to be sure that there is no radio active substance exist in the metal scrap.

Manual sorting of the metals by expert labour who can take out all the metals separately in different lots. The labour has expertise to handle any type of mix materials and can segregate the materials into different types.

If the materials needs washing, the material is put into the washing plant for pre wash of the material before sorting.

Once segregated, the materials becomes a raw material and moved to warehouse where each type of material is stored for further processing or selling of the materials.

Yards

Synergy ows yards in Ahmedabad city of India. Ahmedabad is one of the Hub of Recycling business in India. Synergy have yards with size around 60000 square feet.

Here we are storing, sorting/segregating, washing, bailing and even making final product of Industrial raw material.
